Meet Dr Drew Provan MD
So many older guys get fat, develop type 2 diabetes and end up totally out of shape. Their diet is poor and many calories come from beer and other alcohol. Keeping in shape (or getting in shape) is harder as we get older.
I’m an older guy too — I’ve been training for years, and I know exactly what it’s like trying to keep strong, fit, and focused as the decades roll on. As a physician, I also understand the medical and orthopaedic issues men our age face, as well as the pressure of juggling work, family, and everything else while staying on track.
That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. I’ll assess you medically, check your bloods and help you understand them, and then we’ll build a training and nutrition plan together — one that’s realistic, effective, and designed specifically for men like us.
The one person who shapes your destiny is you, so it really pays to take personal control, sort your diet, lifestyle and fitness and start feeling the best you can. I believe in investing for older age so I don’t end up unfit, weak and frail. That can be totally avoided.
